CERV volunteers operate designated concession stands at various sports and entertainment venues. Our volunteers run cash registers, make drinks or perform “light” cooking duties at events. For our volunteer effort, CERV Inc. then receives a donation based on the concession sales. In turn, our organization manages grant distribution as designated by each volunteer. The Event Calendar page list the Eligible For Grant Recommendation (E.F.G.R.) amount based on the number of volunteers and the donation amount. A CERV volunteer must fill out a Grant Application designating a non-profit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization to direct the fund to. A volunteer information sheet MUST be filled out and turned in to the scheduler before any distribution of funds can be requested. This form can be emailed or given to the scheduler directly.

Grant applications are accepted at any time. Allow three (3) to five (5) days for processing. Grant applications are to be mailed, emailed or given to the treasurer.
