RULES

Rules are defined either by Levy Restaurants or the CERV Board for the safety of employees, volunteers, and patrons. All rules must be followed. Rules are typically established at the beginning of the season and can change at Levy’s discretion.

All volunteer cancellations should be done two weeks prior to the event. Emergencies do occur, please call or email the scheduler to find a replacement. Scheduled volunteers who do not show up for an event, may cause the group to receive a grant deduction or penalty fee.

Levy Restaurants may deduct a penalty fee from volunteer group commissions for not following the rules or worse, they may not invite the group back to future events. If there is a deduction to the group, and it is due to the action of one or more group volunteers, the deduction will impact the amount available for Eligible For Grant Recommendation (EFGR) of each volunteer involved.
